2 Cross Cut Shank Steak (Shank bone surrounded by meat). 1 × 0.5-1 lb and 1 × 1.01-1.50 lb.

Bones may have some some ice in bags. 

All of our Beef is:

• Grass fed and finished (grain-free diet)

• Raised on pasture and stored forage, grown and harvested right here at the farm.
