These soup bones are a thick, cross cut section of the shank marrow bone, surrounded by meat that becomes fork tender when cooked low and slow. Used for the classic Italian dish, Osso Buco and Beef Bourguignon.

Beef Shanks and marrow bones have grown in popularity for making nutrient dense bone broth.

Cooking Methods: Braise / Pot Roast

All of our Beef is:

  • Grass fed and finished (grain-free diet)
