These quarter cow shares of our grass fed beef are ready for pick up at your convenience (please give us 24 hours notice). This $100 deposit reserves a quarter cow share- The remaining balance of $1000.75 is due by cash or check on pick up or delivery of your quarter. Free delivery within 25 miles of the farm is included!

Quarters are priced at $7/lb hanging weight.

This quarter is 157.25 lbs hanging weight x$7= $1100.75 total cost.

Packaged meat yield is normally roughly 60% of the hanging weight.

Quarter cow shares include a variety of our 100% grass fed beef cuts ready to fill your freezer!

An example of cuts included in a standard quarter cow share:

• Ground Beef

• Stew Meat+ Stirfry Strips

• Short Ribs

• Delmonico steaks (boneless ribeyes)

• NY Strip Steaks

• Tenderloin Steaks (Filet Mignon)

• Chuck Steaks

• Flank Steak or Tri-Tip (you’ll receive one or the other)

• Flat Iron Steak

• Skirt Steak

• Sirloin Steaks

• Sirloin Flap (great for steak tips!)

• Cross Cut Shank Steaks

• Neck Bones

• Roast ( Chuck, Shoulder, or Round Roast)

• Brisket Half (approximately 3-5 lbs)

• Offal (Kidneys, Heart, Liver, Suet) may be available upon request. Please note: Organs and offal are not guaranteed for quarter shares since there are a limited amount per animal. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences!

You will need approximately 4-5 cubic feet of freezer space for your quarter.

Deposits are non refundable. Cancellations must be made at least 30 days prior to the first of the month that your reservation is made for.

All of our Beef is:

• Grass fed and finished (grain-free diet)

• Raised on pasture and stored forage, grown and harvested right here at the farm.

• Raised in a natural environment, no added growth stimulants or unnecessary medications.

• USDA inspected and labeled

• Dry aged at least 14 days

• Frozen in clear, vacuum sealed packaging

• Single source with complete traceability.
