Bone- in short ribs have big beef flavor and rich layers of grass fed fat throughout that melt in your mouth! They are fall-off-the-bone tender in the summer on the smoker and grill, or in the winter in the oven or slow cooker. These ribs are not a quick meal – they require low and slow cooking (2-3 hours), but the result is well worth the wait!

All of our Beef is:

  • Grass fed and finished (grain-free diet)

  •  Raised on pasture and stored forage, grown and harvested right here at the farm.
