We produce "Old Fashioned" Pure Vermont Maple Syrup from trees here at the farm in our sugar house that dates back to 1942 (and maybe earlier!)
Our sap is collected with a combination of buckets and gravity flow lines, and our syrup is boiled in small batches over a wood fired evaporator.
