Harvest Potluck

Saturday October 9th, 2010 – 3pm

Come and celebrate the harvest with us. Enjoy live music, good food, and old-fashioned games and hay rides for kids and adults alike. BYOB. Also, Chandler Pond Farm’s annual Garlic Planting will occur before the potluck from 1-3pm. Bring some work clothes and join us for this fall ritual.

Feast in the field

The dinner was a fabulous success, the proceeds of out feast in the field went to benefit NOFA VT farm share to help provide Vermonters access to CSAs. We sold all 50 tickets for a wonderful dinner, beautiful evening, fantastic views. Thank you to our chefs and our guests. Click here for more pictures.

Children’s Farm Play-Group

1st & 3rd Thursday, June-Aug, 10-noon

Let your children see the plants and animals grow throughout the season by joining our Farm Play Group. Leaving from the farmstand, Tamara, assisted by Grace, Rita, and Sam, will lead a child-oriented tour of the farm, stopping at familiar spots each time to see and discuss how things have changed. This is a great way for children to connect with and learn about the plants and animals that nourish them. The tour will end with a simple game and a song. All ages welcome. No sign-up necessary.
